It sounds like there is a problem with the drain for the AC so what that does is it is keeping water inside the heater/AC unit so when the blower is blowing it is blowing very moist air. The reasons I think it IS the heater core: -Slight antifreeze smell in cab. -Windows fogging (slight residue smears when I wipe it away) -Heat isn't really hot, just warm. -Inlet and outlet to the heater core under the hood are both same temp and hot.
