WebMcHugh Blufff Park is on the northside of the river near the curling club on Memorial Drive. Due to Covid a person can only walk up the stairs then down on the path. Along the stairs there are platforms to take pictures of the city. A person can see the river, city skyline, Peace Bridge just to name a few things. There are no public washrooms.
