WebSep 3, 2024 · hi, when you run TransDecoder.LongOrfs on the Trinity.fasta file, it should have created a directory: Trinity.fasta.transdecoder_dir Once you locate that directory, be sure to run the TransDecoder.Predict step in the working directory that contains that Trinity.fasta.transdcoder_dir/ within it.
